Are there cell phones that can use wireless internet to place a call rather then a mobile carrier?
I know they have homephones that you can use directly with your computer but I was wondering do they have cell phones that can pick up wireless internet and use it to place calls, hopefully for free or cheaper?

Tmobile has one that can work on wiFi but it costs per use or monthly.
T Mobile. it is $9.99 a month. it is a cell phone though
