How is making a law against using cell phones while driving a violation of rights What rights does it violate? Does it connect to the constitution?

There is NO violation of ‘rights’…because there is nothing in the constitution that SAYS you have the RIGHT to endanger other people while driving…the constitution was written BEFORE cellphones and cars…so why do morons think they have a ‘constitutional right’ when it doesn’t exist?
It doesn’t violate any. Why shouldn’t they ban people from doing something that could seriously injure/ kill someone?
It does not. In fact, driving is not a right, it’s a privilege. It should have been made illegal a long time ago. How many people have to die before a law gets passed? And the law has no teeth!
You don’t even have the right to drive, it’s defined as a privilege.
