What is the best way to purchase cell phones for my sons in Egypt?

I want to give them cell phones as gifts along with paying for the use of the phone. Is there a way I can do this from the US?

find out what phone companies are offered in egypt. reaserch the phones and plans offered at each phone company. look at ur son’s needs and then choose a phone based on the best plan and phone. the net is an amazing place, i would start there. most phones you can pay for by credit card or if it has a station in the US you can go in or send money to them
